Not an installer
Hudson Valley Solar Quotes is a free quote-request / lead form service. We do not install solar panels, design systems, or perform electrical work. We are not a licensed solar contractor.
Quote requests
When you submit the form, you ask us to share your information with solar company partners who may contact you about quotes. We do not guarantee that any company will contact you, provide a quote, offer financing, or match any price. Quotes, incentives, timelines, and eligibility vary and must be confirmed with the companies and official sources (such as NYSERDA or your utility).
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information. You are responsible for evaluating any proposal you receive and for agreements you enter with third-party solar companies. Those companies have their own terms and privacy practices.
No warranties
The site and information are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific outcomes from submitting a request.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hudson Valley Solar Quotes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or from dealings with third-party solar companies. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
